Experience:

Mr. Pearce started his career as a prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. From 1977 to 1982, he investigated and tried an array of felonies and misdemeanors for the People of the State of New York, with an impressive record of convictions. Mr. Pearce then worked with Cullen & Dykman where he focused on varied litigations throughout the New York metropolitan area. Thereafter, Mr. Pearce started his own practice, representing banks, large and small businesses and individuals, focused mainly, but not exclusively, on general commercial, business, property and related litigation. He holds an advanced degree in taxation and also counsels clients regarding transactional and personal matters.
