Pearce Law Firm Fee Structures

Many firms will not represent a client except on a strict hourly fee basis. At the Pearce Law Firm we are more flexible and creative than the others. We utilize a number of fee structures, including:

• Hourly rates
• Contingency fee graduated based on the results achieved
• Flat fee or reduced hourly fee combined with a normal or reduced contingency fee

Obviously, each case requires an individual evaluation before settling on a fee arrangement that is fair to both the client and the firm.
